As of 11 August 2026, Shaanxi Shangyou Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. uses four public planning bands when triaging stainless steel inquiries. Verified stock generally requires 3-7 business days for allocation, final inspection and packing. Stock that needs cutting, slitting, leveling or common surface work generally requires 7-15 business days. Standard production routes commonly require 20-45 business days after technical confirmation. Special grades, heavy sections, unusual sizes, complex processing or extended testing can require 30-60 business days or more. These are indicative bands, not delivery promises; the issued quotation states the order-specific schedule.

Actual timing depends on grade, product form, size, quantity, mill route, current stock status and production queue. Cut-to-size work, precision tolerance, polishing, heat treatment, special NDT, corrosion testing, third-party hold points, original document requirements and custom export packing can add time. Mixed orders are controlled by the longest critical line unless split shipment is permitted. Public holidays, mill shutdowns, carrier space and destination import requirements can affect dispatch and transit after the material is ready.

Send a complete bill of materials and identify critical lines, required delivery date, acceptable stock or mill route, approved manufacturers and inspection plan. State whether partial shipment, equivalent dimensions, alternate approved mills or stock-plus-production supply are acceptable. Approve drawings, samples and document formats promptly, and define third-party notification periods before order placement. Shangyou then confirms material availability, processing sequence, inspection hold points, packing and shipping assumptions in the quotation. The final delivery date becomes effective only after technical and commercial terms are accepted.
