Shaanxi Shangyou Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. supports international buyers that need stainless steel supplied closer to finished size. Available routes include cut-to-length work, plate and bar cutting, coil slitting, leveling, surface processing, edge preparation and rough machining. The correct route is selected from the product form, grade, thickness or section, geometry, tolerance, surface condition and downstream use. A material standard such as ASTM A240, ASTM A276 or ASTM A312 defines the starting product, but drawing dimensions and finished-part tolerances must be agreed separately. This distinction prevents a raw-material tolerance from being mistaken for a fabricated-part tolerance.

Each inquiry begins with a specification and drawing review. The team confirms units, revision status, datum points, tolerance interpretation, machining allowance, edge condition and inspection level before releasing a work order. Material identity is checked against the MTC and physical marking, then carried into the processing record. A first piece is measured before the batch continues. Depending on the geometry, checks may include length, width, diagonal, diameter, wall thickness, hole position, straightness or section dimensions. Completed material is separated by heat number and order line, protected against scratching or impact and identified on the packing list and package marks.

A complete RFQ should include the material designation, governing standard, starting product form, finished dimensions, tolerance, surface, edge or end condition, quantity, drawing file and delivery destination. State whether the parts will be welded, machined, bent, polished or used directly, because downstream work can change the required allowance and cutting method. PMI, third-party witness, special NDT, individual-piece marking, maximum package weight and EN 10204 document requirements should be included before quotation.
