304L stainless steel, also known as ultra-low carbon stainless steel, is a versatile stainless steel material that is widely used in the manufacture of equipment and parts that require good comprehensive properties (corrosion resistance and formability).

• Corrosion resistance: Excellent resistance to most common chemical media, including acids and alkalis. Performs well in chlorine-containing environments.
• High temperature performance: Good oxidation resistance and creep strength at high temperatures (-196℃ to 800℃).
• Processing performance: Excellent cold working performance and weldability with common welding processes.
• Low carbon content: Carbon content below 0.03% minimizes carbide precipitation in heat affected zones.

Solution treatment: Typically carried out at 1010-1120℃, followed by rapid cooling to obtain optimal microstructure and properties.
