Introduction to 1J22 Material
1J22 is a high saturation magnetic induction iron cobalt vanadium soft magnetic alloy with the following characteristics:
- High saturation magnetic induction intensity: Among existing soft magnetic materials, 1J22 has the highest saturation magnetic induction intensity, reaching 2.4T.
- High Curie point: With a Curie point of 980℃, it can operate at higher temperatures where other soft magnetic materials have completely demagnetized, maintaining good magnetic stability.
- Large magnetostriction coefficient: The maximum saturation magnetostriction coefficient is 60-100 × 10-6, which is extremely suitable for making magnetostrictive transducers with high output energy and high work efficiency.

The precise ratio of these components ensures the high saturation magnetic induction intensity and good mechanical properties of 1J22.
