Product Description
Hastelloy N10276 steel plate is a strong acid resistant, high strength Alloy C276 plate with excellent oxidation resistance up to 1200°C and good high temperature strength.
Hastelloy C-276 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy containing tungsten, with very low silicon and carbon content. It is considered a universal corrosion resistant alloy with excellent performance in both oxidation and reduction states against most corrosive media.

Applications
Hastelloy C-276 plate sheet has a face-centered cubic lattice structure with excellent performance in various chemical conditions including ferric chloride, copper chloride, organic and inorganic solutions, methanoic and acetic acids, seawater, and saline solutions. It is one of the few materials resistant to corrosion by wet chlorine, hypochlorite, and chlorine dioxide.
Key Application Areas: Chemical industries, waste disposal, pollution control, pulp and paper industries, and ocean engineering.
Processing Guidelines:
- The sulfur content in thermal processing fuel should be minimized (natural gas <0.1%, heavy oil <0.5%)
- Optimal thermal processing temperature range: 1200℃-950℃ with water cooling or rapid air cooling
- Compatible with all traditional welding processes including tungsten inert gas, plasma arc, and manual sub-arc welding
