Hastelloy C22 Hexagon Screws are manufactured from a special alloy offering exceptional corrosion resistance and high temperature strength, making them ideal for aerospace, petrochemical, and marine engineering applications.

Composition and Performance

Hastelloy C22 (also known as Hastelloy C-22) is a solid solution strengthened nickel-based alloy containing nickel, cobalt, chromium, tungsten, molybdenum, and trace elements including aluminum, titanium, and nitrogen. This unique composition provides:

  • Superior corrosion resistance against wet chlorine, nitric acid, and chloride-containing oxidizing acids
  • High temperature strength with tensile strength up to 860MPa and 40% elongation
  • Oxidative water media resistance for stable performance in harsh environments
