The section has two nominal 100 mm legs and a nominal 10 mm thickness. The exact cross-sectional geometry, internal radius, unit weight and dimensional tolerance depend on the manufacturing route and governing dimensional requirement.
The structural load capacity must be calculated by a qualified engineer using actual section properties, support conditions, connection design, applicable code and material condition. The phrase “heavy duty” describes the commercial application positioning and is not an engineering load rating.
