Buyers can order mill-size plates, cut-to-size rectangles, blanks or drawing-based profiles. The starting plate certificate and physical heat marking are checked before processing so heat identity remains connected to the finished package.

The cutting route is selected from thickness, geometry, tolerance and downstream fabrication. First-piece and final checks can include thickness, length, width, diagonal, profile dimensions, flatness, surface and edge condition. Where the purchase order requires PMI, ultrasonic examination, third-party inspection or a project ITP, those activities are added to the route and identified in separate reports.
