TC11 is an α+β dual-phase titanium alloy with excellent thermal strength, high room temperature strength and superior hot processing performance. Designed for long-term use at 500℃, it's ideal for manufacturing critical aircraft engine components like disks and blades.
With its low density and high specific strength across temperature ranges (-253℃ to 600℃), TC11 titanium alloy effectively replaces traditional materials like steel and aluminum in aviation applications, including rocket engine rotating parts.
