INCONEL ® 600 (N06600) Nickel Alloy Plate
Available in thin plate to heavy gauge (3-50mm) with superior corrosion resistance
Composition & Processing:
Ni (70-72%), Cr (14-17%), Fe (~10%) + minor Co/Mn/Si
Solid-solution strengthened nickel-chromium-iron alloy
Enhanced via cold working; compatible with all welding/brazing methods
Core Properties:
- High-Temperature Performance
- Melting point: 1354-1413°C
- Continuous service: ≤1093°C (forms protective oxide layer)
- Maintains 140MPa yield strength at 700°C
- Corrosion Resistance
- Excellent oxidation/corrosion resistance
- Withstands oxidizing acids (nitric/sulfuric), chlorides & alkalis
- Mechanical Performance
- RT tensile: 550MPa | Elongation: 40%
- Good hot/cold workability & thermal strength (<700°C)
