The TC4 titanium alloy composition (Ti-6Al-4V) provides excellent mechanical properties with high specific strength. Key characteristics include:

TC4 titanium plate offers good machinability when using carbide tools with large cutting volume, slow speed, and sufficient cooling. It demonstrates excellent corrosion resistance and thermal stability, making it ideal for parts operating below 400℃.

After solid solution strengthening, TC4 material strength reaches approximately 1100MPa, with annealed state strength typically at 900MPa. Operating temperature range: -100℃ to 550℃.
